•Do not advertise other servers or any website.
•Account selling/trading is not allowed. Do not engage in the selling or trading of accounts as both accounts involved in the transaction may be subject to punishment.
•Multiboxing is not allowed on this server! Breaching this rule will be treated as serious infraction and will be punished.
◦On WoWOptimus, multiboxing is defined as using software or hardware tools that can simulate keyboard multiplexing by sending keystrokes to multiple instances of the game simultaneously, or across networks.
•If you are stuck (like falling through the floor), use 'Unstuck Character' tool.
◦Harvesting on mobs, that are far higher level than you with help of other mobs with hostile factions(mobs that kill other mobs) will not be tolerated. It will be treated as bug abusing.
•Those who will disobey these rules will be punished.
◦You may be muted for any length of time.
◦You may be kicked from the game.
◦You may be banned for a few hours, days, months, or permanently.
◦Your character may be punished by having its level lowered, gear or money removed, or even deleted in extreme cases.
•Respect each other, respect GM's and enjoy playing on WoWOptimus!

•Admins reserve the right to banish anyone from the server without telling the reason.
•You are required to respect the GMs and Admins as the highest authority and to obey the resolution of a GM.
•Players are not allowed to impersonate GMs or Admins nor are they allowed to use names similar to GM's or Admin's.
•Do not ask a GM for levels, talents, gold, items or for teleporting when you are too lazy to go by foot.
•You can ask GM for missing quests, missing quest items.. But not for other items, like gear and gold.
•We don't exchange and/or make a new character for new players on this server! Neither do we change race, class or name of the characters. (Names will be flagged for rename only if the GMs determine the name is inappropriate).
•Do not waste a GMs' time asking questions that can be answered by other players or found on the Internet. Like where is the nearest class trainer, item drop, NPC etc.

•Do not use any hacks, exploits and other cheats.
•Do not exploit bugs! If you encounter any bug, report it to a GM, or contact us by e-mail.
•Do not exploit bugged quest items! (Items that summon an NPC or apply a buff/debuff used outside the quest they were intended for).
•If you find a bugged spell, do not take advantage of this in PvP. Expect people to screenshot your abuse and report it.
•If you find yourself doing something that appears to cause crashes, immediately stop doing this and report this to a GM or contact Admin (wowoptimus@hotmail.com)

I. Chat and channel policy:

•Spoken language: English on all public channels (world,WorldTrade). These are our official channels on this server and should be open for anyone. Therefore, we only accept English and bypassing the adult language filter or using excessive rude language is not allowed. Questions in other languages will not be answered. The only official language on WoWOptimus is English. So, if you are reporting a bug or requesting assistance, you must use English.
•In game channels:
◦Main channel is world (/join world), for romanian chat /join Romana
•The usage of scripts and/or any tools or addons to speak in colours on all public channels is strictly prohibited.
•Linking to images or other media which are rude, obscene, racist and/or inappropriate for children (12+) in any public channel will not be tolerated. Breaking this rule will result in punishment.
•The mature language filter is present only as a secondary means of suppression. Just cause it exists does NOT give you permission to use excessive adult language.

Fishing
The "Monsterbelly Appetite" daily fishing quest has changed so it now takes place outside the Violet Hold in Dalaran. The quest still requires a Severed Arm and has been renamed to "Disarmed!"
Inscription
Most recipes that required 2 inks now only require 1.
Mining
Titansteel Bar: Creating this item no longer results in a cooldown.
Tailoring
Glacial Bag: Creating this item now invokes a 7-day cooldown.
The cooldown and location requirements have been removed from creating Moonshroud, Spellweave and Ebonweave.

Death Knights
Glyph of Chains of Ice: Now causes Chains of Ice to apply Frost Fever instead of dealing damage.
Glyph of Disease: When this glyph causes Frost Fever to be refreshed, it will now also trigger a refresh of Icy Talons.
Mages
Glyph of Fireball: No longer increases critical strike chance of Fireball. Instead, it now reduces the cast time of Fireball by 0.15 seconds.
Mechanostriders: Summoning any of these mounts is now perfectly mechanical-sounding!

Revenge: Damage done by this ability (base and scaling) increased by 50%.

Filthy Tricks: Now Reduces the cooldown by 5/10 seconds and energy cost by 5/10 of Tricks of the Trade, Distract and Shadowstep abilities, and reduces the cooldown of Preparation by 1.5/3 minutes.
Ghostly Strike: If the rogue has a dagger equipped, this ability now deals 180% weapon damage instead of 125%.
Hemorrhage: If the rogue has a dagger equipped, this ability now deals 160% weapon damage instead of 110%.
Slaughter from the Shadows: Now adds 1/2/3/4/5% damage to all attacks in addition to its current effects.
Waylay: The debuff from this talent can now be caused by Backstab in addition to Ambush

Frostbolt: Spell power scaling on this spell has been increased by approximately 5%.

Arcane Empowerment: This effect is now passive instead of being a proc off of critical strikes. The self damage buff remains unchanged.
Incanter's Absorption: This talent now only grants additional spell power when damage is absorbed by Mana Shield, Frost Ward, Fire Ward, or Ice Barrier. The limit of 5% of the mage's health on the spell power buff has been removed.
Fire
Burning Soul: Threat reduction is now 10/20%, up from 5/10%.
Frost
Brain Freeze: This talent now allows your next Fireball or Frostfire Bolt to be instant and cost no mana. There is a small internal cooldown to keep the Frostfire Bolt from immediately triggering Brain Freeze again.


Mmmm...mages are my favorites!!:X More damage...When mages will learn to wear plate also...they should do body building more haha!

Hunters

Beast Mastery
Ferocious Inspiration: This ability is now an aura and provides 1/2/3% damage to all party or raid members within 100 yards.

Death Knights

Icy Touch: This ability now causes a very high amount of threat while the death knight is in Frost Presence.
Rune of Razorice: Now stacks 5 stacks of 2% Frost Vulnerability instead of 10 stacks of 1% Frost Vulnerability. Proc chance changed to 100%.
Talents
Blood
Abomination's Might: This effect is now passive instead of being a proc on certain strikes. Rank 1 is 5% attack power and Rank 2 is 10% attack power. The self strength buff remains unchanged.
Will of the Necropolis: There is no longer a cooldown on the frequency at which this talent can be activated. In addition, this ability can now also be triggered by damage which deals less than 5% of your health.
Frost
Endless Winter: No longer causes Frost Fever to be applied by Chains of Ice, but instead grants 2/4% strength. The previous functionality of this talent can now be attained via the Glyph of Chains of Ice.
Improved Icy Talons: This effect is now passive instead of being a proc. The self haste buff remains unchanged.
Nerves of Cold Steel: Now increases off-hand damage by 8/16/25%, up from 5/10/15%.
Unbreakable Armor: The amount of strength granted is now 20%, up from 10%.
Unholy
Scourge Strike: Now deals 70% weapon damage, plus 12% of physical damage done as shadow damage for each of the death knight's diseases on the target. The net result should be larger strikes with no diseases present, while maximum damage with all diseases applied to the target should stay the same.

So, Dk's will be more powerfull! Lets see for the other classes changes during future patch 3.3.5!Don't update yet!

Classes: General

Several raid buffs have had their ranges increased to 100 yards, up from 45 yards, to prevent select buffs from repeatedly getting applied and removed during highly mobile encounters. Some buffs, such as paladin auras, totems, shouts and Blood Pact are intentionally meant to have shorter ranges and remain unchanged!
This will be good for the new release!All classes will have some minor adjustments!

WoWOptimus recommends not to update yet untill we announce! This is general talk about the new release!

■Tons of PvP changes affecting both the battleground system and the balance of Wintergrasp.
■Auction house changes which will make mass-listing without an addon much easier.
■Changes to the Dungeon Finder feature such as the Vote Kick option, Deserter debuff and more.
■Improved quest and quest objectives tracking options.
■The ability to skip most of the introductory lore dialog in The Culling of Stratholme.
■New! Though not yet mentioned in the notes, Blizzard poster Zarhym has stated that the Vote Kick option no longer has a 15-minute cooldown

Blizzard has not yet released any information regarding the release date of the next patch, but with confirmation that we'll be seeing a Patch 3.3.5 (featuring the Ruby Sanctum raid), and maybe'll they'll fit another patch in between the two so hopefully it won't be too long before we see some of these awesome changes go live. DO NOT UPDATE TO 3.3 untill we announce it!!!For now the Patch is full with bugs and untill we make fixes we can't upgrade!
If you did upgrade follow these steps to DOWNGRADE:
1) Go to your WoW directory.Default: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft
2) Go to the Data Folder and then delete the file "patch.MPQ"(Example C;\Program files\World of Warcraft\Data\
3) When you have finished that, go to your WoW directory again. Find and run "Repair.exe"and uncheck all boxes except "Check Files Only"
After you see it's vorking and you just wait in front of PC to be done...go to Vote now and VOTE for WOWOPTIMUS :)
